Overview:
$50B Alternative Asset Management firm is looking to add an Executive Assistant who will be directly supporting the Head of Investor Relations to the team. Candidates must have strong experience working as an Executive Assistant with a robust background working at another Alternative Asset Management firm including a Private Equity, Private Credit, or Hedge Fund ideally supporting an Investor Relations team.
Requirements:
-Bachelors degree required
-Executive Assistant experience (5+ years)
-Robust background supporting an Investor Relations team or professional within buy-side
-Strong background coordinating complex domestic and international travel and roadshow logistics, including flights, hotel bookings, and ground transportation
