GrowthAssistant is on the lookout for a seasoned Executive Assistant to support our US-based leadership team. This is not your average admin role — you’ll be a strategic partner trusted to manage calendars, coordinate travel, drive projects, and help lead operational success across the business.
We’re growing fast and need someone who can anticipate needs, think critically, and confidently manage projects, travel, events, and day-to-day communications — all while working closely with inspiring leaders in a fast-paced, global environment.
Location: Remote — Strongly preferred: LATAM and PH applicants
Timezone: US Central Time
Rate:$6.00 – $7.50 per hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage complex calendars across time zones and coordinate meetings
Book travel arrangements, often using U.S. reward points
Organize and execute both virtual and in-person events
Handle email management and draft responses on behalf of executives
Track projects, update documentation in Notion, and support operational needs
Communicate regularly via Slack, WhatsApp, Zoom, and Google Workspace
✅ You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple C-Suite members simultaneously
Have supported U.S.-based C-Suite/Executives, ideally in CST, and comfortable working hours outside of shift hours
Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Highly proactive, organized, and excellent communicators who adapt to communication style of different Executives
Handle confidential information with discretion and good judgment
Proficient in Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and Zoom
Bonus Points For:
Canva or other light design tools experience
Prior agency or start-up experience
Exposure to customer service-related tasks and client communications
