About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and self-driven Remote Executive Assistant who thrives on keeping tasks organized and delivering exceptional results. If you have strong video editing and graphic design skills, love creating systems to improve workflow, and enjoy working with people, this could be the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Onboard new clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Confirm and reschedule meetings with clients, maintaining clear and polite communication.
Follow up on accounts and invoices, ensuring timely updates and payments.
Task and Calendar Management:
Manage calendars for the team, ensuring schedules are organized and tasks are completed on time.
Hold team members accountable for deadlines and deliverables.
Create and implement systems and processes using Monday.com, Google Workspace, and other tools to improve operational efficiency.
Content Creation:
Design graphics and presentations using Canva and Google Slides.
Edit videos for client and internal use, delivering high-quality outputs.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
Handle ad-hoc tasks such as website updates, administrative duties, and other random assignments to support the team.
Key Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
Strong skills in video editing and graphic design.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (must be confident and professional on the phone).
Highly organized and self-motivated with a knack for creating efficient systems and processes.
Proficiency in tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace (G Suite), Canva, and other productivity tools.
People-oriented with fantastic interpersonal skills.
