Minimum qualifications:
5 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Experience in calendar management over international time zones, travel scheduling, and budgeting of events.
Experience supporting global teams across multiple time zones.
Experience in administrative roles in a high-tech environment.
Preferred qualifications:
8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
Knowledge of the dynamics of a marketing environment and a general understanding of go-to-market strategies.
Ability to anticipate and resolve scheduling challenges, along with prioritizing executive initiatives in effort to optimize workflow and achieve company’s key business objectives.

The US base
salary range
for this full-time position is $110,000-$162,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant
education
or training.

Responsibilities
Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events. Prepare meetings for the executive or team independently.
Execute expense management activities independently.
Assess and advocate for office space needs independently.
Plan and organize internal and external programs and events and manage event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors.
Complete travel coordination tasks independently.
