Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Position Summary

Goliath Technologies is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Coordinator to the CEO. This position provides direct support to the CEO while serving as a central point of coordination across the organization. Responsibilities include executive scheduling, office operations, employee onboarding, company events, executive communications, and supporting the CEO's marketing, communications, and social media initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working with people, communicates professionally, and takes ownership of projects from start to finish. This individual embraces technology and is comfortable using, or eager to learn, AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot to improve efficiency, automate routine work, and enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and executive priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic travel, hotel accommodations, transportation, and meeting logistics.
  • Work closely with department leaders to coordinate meetings and follow-up action items.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating company meetings, and other events.
  • Assist with employee recognition and appreciation initiatives.
  • Help manage CEO social media activity and posts across platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to improve productivity, assist with writing, research, meeting preparation, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain executive files and records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendors, equipment, and general office operations.
  • Professionally answer and direct incoming calls and visitors.
  • Handle special projects and other responsibilities as assigned by the CEO.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and calendar management.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills with executives, customers, partners, and employees.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Comfortable learning and leveraging AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site at Goliath's Berwyn, PA office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience supporting a CEO or other C-level executive.
  • Experience coordinating company events, onboarding activities, or office operations.
  • Experience with LinkedIn and other social media platforms in a business environment.
  • Experience working in a technology or software company.

The successful Executive Coordinator becomes a trusted partner to the CEO by anticipating needs, removing administrative obstacles, and keeping executive priorities organized. They effectively coordinate activities across departments, support a positive employee experience, embrace new technologies including AI, and consistently demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and exceptional attention to detail.

Compensation

$45,000–$55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
