I’m running a confidential search for one of the most interesting support roles I’ve seen on the Côte d’Azur in a long time.
The client is a fast-growing international pharmaceutical company in women’s health — self-funded, profitable, active in 30 countries, and scaling from Africa into Europe. Headcount grew 30% last year. They’re now creating a brand-new position at their Nice headquarters, reporting directly to the founder-CEO.
This is not a traditional assistant role. It’s a hybrid built for someone ambitious:
Executive coordination — prepare Executive Committee materials: polished PowerPoint presentations, agendas, minutes, dashboards and KPI tracking, working daily alongside the CEO, CFO and a CMO with 200+ scientific publications
Finance support — work with the CFO and the external accounting firm on invoice verification, entries, reconciliations and payment monitoring
AI at the core — use ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Claude every single day to summarise, draft, build SOPs and generate reports. Genuine hands-on AI proficiency is essential — come with real examples
Build, don’t inherit — this position doesn’t exist yet. You’ll design the processes, dashboards and templates yourself, and be rewarded for proposing improvements nobody asked for
The career path is real: depending on performance, the role is designed to evolve into Office Manager, PMO, Executive Assistant to the CEO or Junior Chief of Staff.
What you’ll need:
✔ Degree in business administration, management, accounting or similar
✔ Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Canva a plus
✔ Solid grounding in general accounting
✔ Fluent French AND English — both essential. The role operates daily in both languages with international partners and investors
✔ Organised, discreet, curious, proactive
Package: €40–50K depending on profile + a very attractive bonus. Permanent, office-based in central Nice.
