KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To review and participate in the collection administration activities by ensuring all the payment of financing facilities received from investee companies are posted into FMS and submitted to FOU/ SFD accordingly;
To review and perform reconciliation payment and participate in the update and adjustment of Unidentified Deposits (UID);
To process request for early redemption of financing facilities;
To review and participate in the FMS manual adjustment related to payment (i.e. reversal, re-key in, credit advice, debit advice, make due accruals, etc.);
To participate in the enhancement activities of ICT system (e.g. FMS) that related to collection module;
To liaise with the respective person in charge either internal (ICTD) or external (e.g. CIMB / Maybank) on the technical or network issues that can affect the collection administration activities;
To process and prepare request for release letter for entrepreneur upon request after the company has made early or full settlement payment of financing facilities;
To review and perform ibra’ activities and write-off exercise in FMS upon request on adhoc basis;
To prepare and attend to request by internal or external auditor related to collection activities;
To participate other specific task designated or tasks given by the HOU/HOD from time to time and as and when required; and
To adhere to all work procedures in accordance to manual provided or any instruction by Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

A recognized Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics or a related field.
At least 2 to 3 years experience in financial analysis, reporting, or credit monitoring.
Strong analytical skills in interpreting financial data, conducting variance analysis, etc.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
