Role Responsibilities

Reporting to one of the unit’s Team Leads, the Executive Development Coordinator provides logistical and program support to facilitate implementation and delivery of executive talent management initiatives.

What you’ll do :
As a key member of our team, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and delivery of executive development program work. This includes:

Program Support

• Prepare materials, reports, and briefings for executive leaders.

• Create content to support internal communications (e.g., correspondence, FAQs).

• Design resources, materials and tools to enable program delivery (e.g., session agendas, checklists, meeting minutes, participant binders).
Stakeholder & Issues Management

• Manage sensitive enquiries and provide thoughtful, accurate, timely responses.

• Identify issues for resolution, offering options and recommendations.

• Coordinate projects by monitoring program timelines, tracking deliverables and communicating with project team members and/or the project sponsor.
Program Administrative Coordination

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for meetings and events.

• Maintain organized and secure records.

• Manage program webpages and sharepoint sites.
