Job Description / Responsibility
Human Resources (HR)
- Execute end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities for factory employees, including workers and staff.
- Maintain employee personal files, attendance, leave, overtime, and HRIS/HR records accurately.
- Handle joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, disciplinary actions, and employee separation formalities.
- Prepare payroll input data including attendance, overtime, leave, and other HR-related information.
- Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth induction of new employees.
- Organize and facilitate employee training, awareness sessions, and skill development programs to enhance workforce capability.
- Coordinate performance appraisal, probation evaluation, and employee development activities.
- Maintain positive employee relations by addressing grievances and supporting disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Act, Labour Rules, company policies, and factory HR procedures.
- Prepare and submit HR reports including manpower, absenteeism, turnover, leave, overtime, and training records.
Administration:
- Manage day-to-day factory administration and office operations.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities, factory premises, and housekeeping standards.
- Monitor office assets, stationery, consumables, and inventory.
- Maintain administrative records, registers, and official documentation.
- Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and compliance with administrative policies.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Masters of Professional Human Resource Management (MPHRM)
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Manufacturing (FMCG),Food (Packaged)/Beverage,Food (Packaged),E-commerce,E-commerce Startup,F-commerce
Additional Requirements
Experience Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Experience in handling factory workers, labor law compliance, recruitment, payroll support, employee relations, and training programs will be highly preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Practical experience in factory HR operations and administration.
- Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Act & Labour Rules.
- Ability to conduct employee orientation and training sessions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong integrity, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
