TODAY Communication Co., Ltd is simply known as “TODAY internet”, a Premier Internet Service Provider (ISP) for homes and businesses of all sizes in Cambodia since 2016.
Human Resources
- Support the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee-related documents.
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR databases and personnel files.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, probation, and contract expiry.
- Support monthly payroll preparation and verify attendance, overtime, and other payroll-related information.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with performance evaluations, employee engagement activities, and internal HR programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and Cambodian labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and other documents as required by management.
Administration
- Manage daily office administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, facilities, and maintenance.
- Prepare purchase requests, quotations, invoices, and other administrative documents when required.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and relevant external parties.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of administrative records.
- Support company events, meetings, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in HR and administration.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, attendance, payroll support, employee records, and HR administration.
- Basic understanding of Cambodian labor law and HR compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of English and Khmer;
