Job Purpose
- Oversee end-to-end packing operations to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient 24-hour production flow
Key Responsibilities
- Manage primary and secondary packing operations (Blister, Cold Form, PVC/PVDC)
- Ensure smooth shift operations and coordination across 24-hour continuous production
- Monitor packing output, efficiency, and downtime
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and GMP compliance
- Support process troubleshooting, deviation and customer complaint investigation
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity (Kaizen, OEE etc)
- Conduct training and ensure operator competency
- Monitor absenteeism and support discipline management at shop floor
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical packing operations
- Good knowledge of blister and packing machine operations
- Familiar with GMP and regulatory requirements
