Immediate need for a strong Executive and Personal Assistant for a busy CEO!

Support the CEO in both business and personal matters. This role requires a proactive individual that will be handling all Executive Assistant responsibilities in addition to Personal!

Must have managed properties and estate management.

Responsibilities –

Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the CEO, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate appointments efficiently.

Plan and oversee domestic and international business travel, including itinerary planning and logistics.

Liaise with financial institutions, investment companies, and other professionals to facilitate sensitive transactions and trades.

Coordinate with philanthropic organizations, assist with event planning, donations, and ongoing commitments.

Conduct marketing and research activities to support the CEO’s business interests.

Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive business and personal information.

Estate Management Responsibilities:

Oversee maintenance, repairs, and service for four personal residences, ensuring timely upkeep and quality control.

Manage an adjacent rental property, coordinating with tenants and handling monthly invoices for reimbursable expenses.

Serve as the primary liaison with insurance agents for policy renewals and coverage updates.

Coordinate with household staff to ensure smooth operations and address any personnel-related matters.

Process and track all household bills and expenses in a timely and organized manner.

Maintain and catalog records for the CEO’s art collection.
