Company Overview:

A prominent hedge fund is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant for its Family Office in Greenwich, CT. The role involves supporting both professional and personal matters for the family and office team.

Job Responsibilities:

Managing communications, such as answering phone calls and reviewing mail

Scheduling calls and appointments and maintaining calendars

Coordinating domestic/international travel

Overseeing the care of personal valuables and real estate property

Making personal financial arrangements, including bill paying and managing insurance coverages

Managing family automobiles, including maintenance and logistics

Monitoring and organizing correspondence and information flow for the Family Office

Arranging participation at board of director meetings

Overseeing multiple properties and managing service providers

Coordinating and communicating assignments with other executive assistants and family office team members

Performing ad hoc tasks, including troubleshooting technology issues

Qualifications:

Highly organized with high attention to detail

Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of Accounting software (QuickBooks) and basic bookkeeping is a plus

Strong general knowledge of technology

In-office work four days per week
