We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our top management team. This role is critical in enabling our leadership to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency.
What You’ll Achieve
Executive Support
Provide direct administrative assistance to top management, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling executive correspondence.
Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and logistics for executives and senior visitors.
Draft, edit, and manage business reports, presentations, and executive-level documentation.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters related to the executive office.
Communication and Coordination
Ensure clear, timely communication between top management and internal departments, clients, and partners.
Support the coordination of special projects, strategic initiatives, and corporate events.
Manage highly sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
Assist in the preparation of high-level reports, executive summaries, and briefing materials.
Operational Efficiency
Ensure executives are fully prepared for meetings, conferences, and external engagements.
Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly.
Coordinate with other administrative staff to ensure consistent support for company-wide initiatives.
What You’ll Bring to ACC
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in personal assistant, executive assistant, or senior administrative support roles.
Proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished professional demeanor.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong judgment, confidentiality, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Previous experience in the construction industry or a related field is preferred.
