Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Personal Assistant role based in Sofia. The Executive Personal Assistant will support senior leadership through comprehensive administrative and personal assistance, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, organizing travel, and preparing documents and presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling correspondence, maintaining accurate records and files, screening calls and emails, and ensuring that the executive’s schedule runs smoothly. The role also involves liaison with internal teams and external partners, supporting the coordination of projects, and managing confidential information with discretion. The Executive Personal Assistant is expected to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and maintain a professional and efficient office environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance skills, including organization, time management, and proactive support.
- Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including meeting coordination, travel planning, and document preparation.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess effective Diary Management skills, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and prioritization of appointments.
- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, record keeping, and general office administration.
- Relevant experience supporting executives or senior management in a corporate or healthcare environment is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion in handling sensitive information, and the ability to work independently under time pressure are important.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, and presentation tools) and fluency in English and Bulgarian are advantageous.
