What you will be working on:
Procurement Support:
Execute procurement transactional tasks such as year-end closing, processing purchase orders, downloading quotation/tender offers, and publishing notices and awards in GeBiz. Assist with audit matters. Generate system reports and provide support in the design and maintenance of electronic direct mail (EDM) and Procurement intranet.
Collaboration
and
Communication
:
Liaise and collaborate with the Procurement team and division users on procurement operations.
Administrative Management:
Manage and execute administrative tasks, duties, and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
What we are looking for:
Technical Proficiency
:
Proficient in using the Microsoft Windows Platform and Office Applications.
Experience with
GeBiz and Tableau is advantageous.
Interpersonal
Skills:
Strong team player with good planning ability and
attention to detail
. Proactive in following up on matters to ensure resolution and meeting deadlines. Communicate effectively, both in written and spoken.
Experience and Knowledge:
Relevant experience in public sector procurement. Knowledge of government procurement policies is preferred.
