This position provides administrative and operational support to the program team, assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of the nonprofit’s programs and activities. The ideal candidate will be bubbly, data orientated, and self starter.
Requirements
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English a must
Customer service orientated
Ability to lift up to 35-40 lbs and be on your feet for a few hours at a time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Google Docs, sheets, power point, Adobe PDF, etc
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for events or program activities.
Summary
As an Executive Program Administrator Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting organizational operations and enhancing customer service. Reporting to the Program Admin, your core responsibilities will include managing communications, maintaining databases, and providing administrative support. Your bilingual skills in English and Spanish will facilitate effective interactions with diverse clients. Proficiency in Google Docs, Word, Adobe PDF, Excel, & Power Point and organizational tasks will be essential for managing schedules and documentation. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will contribute significantly to the success of our programs and overall client satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 – $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
