IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
The role is responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and reliability of PTCL Group’s email and communication platforms through proactive monitoring, system upgrades, vulnerability management, disaster recovery readiness, and implementation of new infrastructure initiatives.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Proactive monitoring of all Email & Communication Platforms for PTCL Group. Monitoring of Exchange Server availability, performance and utilization.
- Planning and executing for upgrade of the current systems to the latest Versions.
- Managing DR Email Server’s administration and activation in case of DR requirements.
- On demand and scheduled vulnerability fixation for email & communication platforms
- Proactive reporting for patching KPI & KRI.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification
• Degree from HEC recognized university in Computer Sciences / IT / Engineering (16 years of education/bachelor`s degree)
Microsoft Certified
• 2-4 years experience
