I have a client looking for an experienced Facilities Admins to come and work on their site in the facilities department.

Details of assignment:

producing swipe cards,

controlling accommodation for staff

covering the welcome desk with co-ordinating jobs for porters and cleaners.

Answering the desk phone and emails while liasing with the department.

Looking after patient files liasing with usual health and safety regulations.

Job Details;

The role is Paying £14.50ph on a temp to perm basis on a 37.5 hour week.

You can be paid PAYE or Umbrella.

THe role is 6-12 months with the ability to go permanent afterwards.
