Why this role matters

We are looking for a proactive and discreet Facilities Administrator to help ensure our properties operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. In this role, you will manage maintenance, coordinate suppliers, and solve day-to-day operational matters quickly and effectively, creating a seamless environment for those who rely on our spaces.

The role is based in Limassol, Cyprus.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance of properties and residences
  • Coordinate repairs including electricity, utilities, internet, and general upkeep
  • Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and external service providers
  • Support renovation, improvement, and maintenance projects
  • Arrange and supervise gardeners, cleaners, technicians, and other suppliers
  • Respond quickly to urgent maintenance or operational issues
  • Monitor service quality and ensure work is completed to high standards
  • Track maintenance schedules, invoices, and supplier documentation
  • Handle general administrative and facilities coordination tasks
  • Identify opportunities to improve property operations and efficiency

Who We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in Greek, English & Russian
  • Strong knowledge of Cyprus local processes and authorities
  • Experience in facilities, property management, administration, or similar roles
  • Strong network of local contractors and suppliers is an advantage
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Practical, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple requests effectively
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Valid driving licence
  • Able to attend residences and properties when required
