Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate facilities work orders from intake to completion
• Maintain documentation, compliance records, and service histories
• Track and order maintenance, custodial, and PPE supplies
• Organize meeting and event setups across locations
• Serve as the Joint Occupational Health & Safety Committee Coordinator
Requirements:
• Experience in facilities coordination or related field
• Knowledge of WorkSafeBC and health & safety practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and maintenance software
• First Aid Level 1 and WHMIS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
