To assist with setup and delivery of events, audio-visual, and general office.

Education:

High School Diploma, plus related training in customer service and/or food service and events industry.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year related experience in customer service and/or food service and events industry.

Skills:

Excellent customer service and oral

communication skills

. Exercising tact and diplomacy with effective interpersonal skills. De-escalation skills dealing with client services issues. Excellent logistical and organizational skills.

Attention to detail

and ability to take initiative. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced environment. Ability work as an effective team member and independently. Lifting and moving facilities equipment. Good hand, eye coordination and manual dexterity.
