The Assistant Facility Management Manager in Dammam will support the Facility Manager in overseeing the daily operations of facility management services, ensuring efficient maintenance, and compliance with the bank standards and local regulations. The role involves coordinating with vendors, supervising maintenance teams, and ensuring optimal functionality of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
Core Competencies
Assist in managing day-to-day facility operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, and waste management.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities meet safety, quality, and operational standards.
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordinate with third-party service providers (cleaning, maintenance, etc.) to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Assist in monitoring performance and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Liaise with internal departments (HR, IT, Admin) to address facility-related needs.
Handle employee requests and complaints regarding facility services.
Prepare reports on facility performance and maintenance logs.
Qualification & Years, Nature of Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or any related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in facility management, preferably in Saudi Arabia (Dammam/Khobar experience is a plus).
Technical Skills: Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, MEP), and CAFM software.
Soft Skills: Communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Language: Proficiency in English and Arabic.
