Responsible for providing high level administrative support and partnership to DVP(s) , VP (s) in Field Operations/Operations Administration teams to maximize leader and departmental efficiency. Responsible for maintaining an advanced knowledge of field operations for comprehensive support delivery on banner/leader priorities while ensuring adhering to protocol, process, and procedure.
Responsibilities
- Administrative ownership including coordination of calendars; travel arrangements; meeting arrangement and notes; compiling sales data and reports; review and process travel expense reports; report preparation; memos, documents, presentations; and other correspondence as directed by Field Operations Administration
- Monitor departmental expenses to adhere to department budgets
- Develop and maintain a productive relationship within Store Operations, Operations Administration, and other departments within the company, district managers, and field employees
- Firm understanding & knowledge of organizational policies, practices, and procedures to always ensure appropriate administrative protocol
- Support project managers in the alignment of project resources to drive excellence in project planning, delivery, and closure activities inclusive of lessons learned, knowledge transfer, archiving of documents, etc.
- Generate and receive confidential and sensitive information/files, ensure that information is securely maintained and archived
- Develop and manage project plans associated with operations projects, corporate initiatives, and other field-related projects
- Coordinate day-to-day activities associated with assigned projects to ensure goals/objectives are accomplished and deadlines are met
- Work as liaison among project stakeholders to gather information and move projects forward
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Responsible for creation/analysis presentations to Managers/Directors/VPs both verbal and written
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor degree preferred or equal equivalent/relevant experience
- 2+ years supporting Vice President or above
- Strong administrative and/or office related experience, project experience
- Must be a self-starter capable of handling multiple tasks with a high degree of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Complete confidentiality on important business projects
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to support multiple VPs
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and problem-solve
- Team collaboration and ability to embrace diversity of thought with the ability to work independently

The salary range for this opportunity is $19.50/hr – $24.75/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
