Part-Time Finance Administrator

Location: Manchester (Office-based, 2 days per week)

Hours: 16 hours per week

Are you an organised and detail-focused individual with experience in finance administration? We’re looking for a Part-Time Finance Administrator to support our busy recruitment agency in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

Process contractor timesheets and associated invoices accurately and on time

Raise invoices for permanent recruitment placements

Provide general administrative support to the wider agency team

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity

Assist with ad-hoc finance and admin tasks as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in a finance or accounts admin role

Confident with invoice processing and timesheet management

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
