Manage and maintain outstanding balances, chasing overdue payments. Process invoices, allocate receipts, and support sales ledger functions. Handle petty cash, discounts, and refunds. Assist with ordering goods and managing financial systems. Prepare aged debt reports and liaise with external debt collection agencies. Provide administrative support across various finance tasks.
About you:
AAT or equivalent qualification
Experience with
accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong
