Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing support in budgeting and forecasting processes. This role requires proficiency in financial software and a strong understanding of financial principles to help maintain the integrity of our financial operations.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, banking, financial statement preparation, payroll, benefit administration, reconciliations, audit liason, and other Church-related bookeeping functions.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and documentation.
Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Manage payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
Experience
Proven experience as a Financial Administrator or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial software applications is essential.
Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
