Job Responsibilities
- Assist technician supervisor in coordinating with technician on administrative issue (annual leave/medical leave)
- Ensure all installation photos and documents are submitted after work is completed
- Ensure technician has sufficient stock and assist in stock preparation
- Assist technician supervisor in month end stock take for technician
- Coordinate and ensure additional tools are available for complex installation
- Assist in month end reports for management review
- Assist in Operational and Administrative Support such as incident report preparation, travel request form, technician claim’s check
- Regulatory & Compliance Support such as manage SIRIM certification and applications, SLD letter preparation and upload to JPJ portal and liaise with government authorities when required
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in operation admin, administrator, cooperate admin or related field
- Have an experience cooperate with technician or worker would be advantage.
- A team player and also able to work independently
- Strong negotiation skills
- Process-driven
- Average English Skill (for e-mail and reporting)
