Provide high-level administrative support to executives including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating
professionalism
and excellent
communication skills
. Manage office operations and administrative functions such as managing correspondence, organizing files, and ordering supplies. Coordinate and oversee office logistics including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and handling office maintenance tasks.
Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating
employee benefits
. Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Perform general accounting and bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices, expense reports, and payroll. Support special projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating
flexibility
and
adaptability
in a
fast-paced environment
. Â Requirements: Â Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, office management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or similar role with a strong track record of success. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills
with the ability to interact professionally with
diverse
stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
Knowledge of HR and accounting principles and practices is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote
team environment
