We’re looking for a sharp, hyper-organized Executive Assistant to work directly with Keshav.
Keshav is juggling multiple high-velocity projects and needs a proactive, sharp Executive Assistant to help him stay focused, organized, and operating at his best. This role sits at the heart of everything — part Chief of Staff, part life ops, part confidant.
What you’ll be doing:
Own and manage Keshav’s calendar — protect his time like a bodyguard.
Prioritize incoming requests, emails, and to-dos on his behalf.
Coordinate with investors, designers, engineers, and other high-leverage collaborators.
Handle logistics: travel, events, and personal errands.
Research, summarize, and present information to help him make fast, informed decisions.
Act as a force multiplier — anticipate what’s needed before he even asks.
You might be a good fit if you:
Are incredibly detail-oriented, organized, and obsessed with efficiency.
Have excellent communication and writing skills.
Know how to move fast without breaking things (and can clean up when needed).
Are curious about the startup/design/tech world and hungry to learn more.
Are discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling sensitive information.
Have 1–3 years of relevant experience (though mindset > resume).
Bonus points if you:
Have worked directly with founders, execs, or early-stage teams before.
Have exposure to design, product, or tech — even informally.
