Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
Manage scheduling and appointments for our team.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and waiting area.
Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and filing.
Assist with customer inquiries and provide information about our services.
Manage your time effectively to take lunch breaks before the fifth hour of your shift.
Wear PPE safety glasses while on the shop floor at all times to ensure safety.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative, customer-facing role preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment including multi-line phones.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
Must take pride in personal appearance, including tidy hairstyle, hygiene, and overall professionalism, as you represent our brand.
