Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
– Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
– Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
– Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
– Process payments and maintain accurate records
– Assist with night audit duties as needed

Qualifications:
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
– Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
– Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management preferred
– Familiarity with phone systems and computer software used in the hospitality industry
– Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
– Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
– Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
