Full Job Description

Our team is passionate, polished, and supportive, and we’re looking for someone who brings the same energy to the front desk.
As our Front Desk Coordinator, you’re not just the first face clients see, you’re the heartbeat of the spa. You’ll handle everything from client scheduling and communication to inventory and product sales. You’ll be key in helping clients feel welcomed, informed, and taken care of from the moment they walk in.
This is a full-time role, with 8-hour shifts and at least one weekend day required.
What You’ll Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities:
Answer phones, emails, and client questions with professionalism and warmth
Manage appointment scheduling and provider calendars through Phorest
Check clients in and out, process payments, and maintain smooth client flow
Upsell services, memberships, and retail products
Cross-promote other spa services based on client interest
Maintain cleanliness and support end-of-day cleaning routines
Deliver excellent customer service and problem-solve on the spot
Weekly/As-Needed Tasks:
Update and maintain client records
Restock products and assist with inventory input
Follow up with clients and handle callbacks
Help ensure retail displays are tidy and well-stocked
What We’re Looking For
Experience in spa/salon front desk, hospitality, admin, or customer service roles
Confident using PhorestSalon Software and spreadsheets (or open to learning)
Sales-savvy with experience upselling services and products
Friendly, polished, and professional with a team-first mindset
Comfortable multitasking in a busy, client-facing environment
Strong communicator with good judgment and initiative
Able to stay organized and manage your responsibilities independently
