Close to Ruoff Music Center, Connor Prairie, Fishers and the Nickel Plate District. Qualifications:
Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve.
Ability to understand and follow directions
Excellent customer service skills
Hotel experience is preferred, not required.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for greeting customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
Will use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to, and understand requests, respond with appropriate action, and provide accurate information such as outlet hours and local attractions.
Completing required shift paperwork, reports as assigned by General Manager, and end of shift cash closing procedures
Creating guest reservation, completing guest registration, applying charges and payment to guest folios.
Available Shift:7AM-3PM and 3PM-11PM, must be available to work weekends and holidays.
