Skydive Cross Keys ( https://www.skydivecrosskeys.com/ ) is a professional skydiving center in Williamstown, NJ. Our mission is to be the happiest skydiving center in the world – we are determined to have fun every day! We love adventures and we help people fulfill their bucket lists. That’s a pretty exciting thing to do for a job!
For our busy season, April through October, we are looking to expand our office team. Your job will be to take reservations over the phone, check people in using our software, collect and check waivers for completeness, and take payments in person and over the phone.
This job requires weekend availability (all Saturdays and all Sundays) through the summer.
We’re looking for positive minded, energetic people who LOVE talking to others. It is a fast paced environment, and it does require exceptional attention to detail when checking customers in.
You don’t have to be a skydiver, but you have to enjoy adventures, and be genuinely excited to greet and welcome people to the dropzone.
Some experience in customer service related positions is required.
