Patient and Visitor Interaction:

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and ensure a friendly, professional demeanour at all times.

• Address inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email regarding clinic services, appointments, and general information.

• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.

2. Appointment Scheduling and Management:

• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring minimal wait times and effective use of clinic resources.

• Confirm and remind patients of upcoming appointments via calls, texts, or emails.

• Manage the clinic’s scheduling system to prevent overlaps or conflicts.

3. Administrative

Duties

:

• Maintain accurate patient records and update the database with new information as needed.

• Handle billing and payment collection for consultations and treatments.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the administration.

4. Support for Clinic Operations:

• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

• Assist in the management of inventory and ordering of front desk supplies.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

5. Customer Service:

• Resolve patient concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department promptly.

• Gather feedback from patients to improve service quality.

Communication

:

• Act as the liaison between patients, medical staff, and other departments.

• Ensure effective dissemination of clinic policies and information to patients.
