Full Job Description
The Hyatt House East – Louisville, KY, is searching for a reliable, friendly and outgoing individual for the Front Desk Attendant | Guest Services Representative. This position is full-time and must have flexibility to work all shifts and any day during the week.
The Front Desk Attendant is the “First Impression” for our guests, setting the tone for their stay. Front Desk Attendant shifts vary from first or second shifts. Duties include checking guests in/out, fulfilling special requests, making reservations, and being a positive ambassador for the hotel. Must have the, “I can do” attitude.

Ability to learn the computer property management systems.
This position requires flexibility with work schedule – days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
