Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner.
Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, including updating client information in our systems.
Handle clerical duties such as filing documents and managing correspondence.
Utilize Google Suite for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and creating documents.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
Requirements
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer support role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency with phone systems.
Familiarity with data entry processes and file management.
Proficient in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working in a computerized environment.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
