Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
Maintain an organized filing system for client records and office documents.
Perform clerical duties such as typing correspondence, data entry, and office management tasks.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the office.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Skills
Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software.
Strong computer literacy with experience in office management tools.
Ability to file documents accurately and maintain organized records.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in all written communications.
Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred but not required.
