About the Role:
We are looking for a professional and welcoming Part-Time Receptionist to support our front office operations. This position is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a knack for organization. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers—making a great first impression for our company.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel

Answer and route incoming phone calls; take accurate messages

Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages (including FedEx/UPS)

Maintain front desk area and office supply inventory

Perform clerical duties including filing, copying, scanning, and data entry

Provide general support to the office team as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous receptionist or office admin experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)

Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
