As our Front Desk Receptionist, you will be one of the first people clients, visitors and interviewees meet when they arrive. We want someone confident, bubbly and genuinely comfortable talking to people. You will be representing the company every day, so being friendly and professional comes naturally to you.
Previous reception experience is helpful but personality and reliability matter just as much.
Your working week
Monday to Friday
9:00am to 5:30pm
40 hours per week
No weekends
What your day will include
- Welcoming visitors and letting the team know they have arrived
- Answering and transferring incoming calls
- Managing visitor sign ins and meeting rooms
- Handling post, deliveries and couriers
- Keeping the front desk organised and presentable
- Helping with general office administration

- Organised when things get busy
- Comfortable answering the phone
- Reliable and punctual
Experience in reception, hospitality, retail, customer service or administration is useful but not essential. Full training is provided.
