Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Experience
Welcome and greet members and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude .
Handle check-ins, membership registrations, renewals, and inquiries efficiently.
Provide information about gym facilities, membership plans, and ongoing promotions .
Ensure a pleasant and engaging atmosphere at the reception area.
Sales & Upselling
Guide potential customers through membership options and benefits .
Promote special offers, personal training sessions, and premium services to enhance revenue.
Assist in managing referrals and corporate memberships .
Communication & Coordination
Manage incoming calls, emails, and social media inquiries professionally.
Coordinate with the operations team, trainers, and housekeeping staff to ensure a smooth gym experience.
Handle customer feedback, queries, and minor complaints with a positive attitude.
Administrative Support
Maintain daily attendance records, visitor logs, and appointment schedules .
Manage cash and digital payments for memberships and services.
Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and welcoming .
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in front desk management, hospitality, or customer service.
Charming, confident, and well-groomed personality with excellent communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to build customer relationships and ensure a premium gym experience .
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and gym management tools (preferred).
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment .
Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus.
