We are a modern-luxury hair salon rooted in community, sustainability and passionate people doing the work. We are Boulder’s only 5-star luxury salon, with a dedication to exceptional customer service, and memorable appointments from start to finish.
Our ideal candidate is a Boulder resident, or near-by neighbor, with a passion for beauty, hair and customer service! The Collective is a team of luxury hair stylist and colorist in Boulder, serving some of Boulder’s most exclusive clientele. Our Front Desk Receptionist, must be bright, personable, professional, articulate and people savvy. They embody exemplary customer service skill, and the passion for people. This individual will average 40 hours per week. Our Front Desk Receptionist will qualify for quarterly bonuses based on salon and individual performance.

Requirements:
Have a damn good attitude
Have some front desk and or receptionist experience
Live near or in Boulder, Colorado
Have a passion for beauty, hair and people
The ability to use Apple products like, iPhone, iPad and related smart device apps.
Moderate to extensive knowledge of luxury hair product lines
Intermediate to Advance skills in social media management and content creation
Exceptional phone etiquette and in-person communication skill is a must
On-going salon management, upkeep and client experience and customer service duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour
