Role Description
This is a part‑time role for a Front Desk Receptionist. The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, handling incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. Daily responsibilities include managing appointment bookings, updating client records, and coordinating schedules across salon branches. The role also involves performing basic clerical tasks such as data entry, maintaining digital files, and supporting the team with administrative requests.
The receptionist will work closely with salon teams to ensure smooth communication, timely responses, and an exceptional client experience in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer facing role with strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties, including managing multiple calls, messages, and inquiries efficiently.
- Solid clerical skills, such as data entry, email management, scheduling, and maintaining accurate digital records.
- Comfort with basic computer systems, booking software, and online communication tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with salon, beauty, or hospitality environments is an advantage but not required.
