We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Procurements: Receive, distribute and manage daily, ordering shipping and delivery.
Routine office management tasks
Schedule, log and maintain historical records of office equipment maintenance, cleaning service
Routinely during the day check tidiness and cleanliness of office kitchen
Keep office supplies inventory; restock as needed.
Plan, set-up and order office lunches and catering events as instructed by supervisor.
Answer phone calls promptly and direct phone calls with pleasant and helpful demeanor; ensuring excellent phone etiquette.
Manage scheduling and appointments for staff and clients.
Maintain accurate filing systems for documents and records.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and office organization.
Assist multiple departments with outgoing correspondence and other routine tasks
Provide other support to departments as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Skills
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
Bilingual abilities, although not required, are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse staff, vendors and clients.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient typing skills for efficient documentation and communication.
Excellent customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
Computer literacy with familiarity with Microsoft office suite of applications.
Knowledge of office procedures and clerical duties.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Pay: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour
