We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing excellent phone etiquette to assist callers effectively.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure client information is up-to-date.
Handle clerical duties such as filing, sorting mail, and managing office supplies.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
Operate phone systems efficiently to facilitate communication within the office.
Skills
