Pay: $12.00 – $16.00/hr + performance-based incentives
Job Type: Full-Time
FLEXX is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist who can also provide light support in our rehabilitation bay when needed. You’ll manage front desk operations (scheduling, payments, patient intake) while occasionally assisting patients with exercises and keeping rehab operations running smoothly.
We are looking for a goal-oriented, growth-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and values patient experience, operational excellence, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet, check in, and schedule patients with professionalism
Manage payments, verify insurance, and maintain accurate records
Educate patients on services and guide them through their care journey
Support basic rehab tasks during peak hours (exercise guidance, equipment prep)
Maintain clinic flow and deliver exceptional service to every patient
What You Bring:
2–3 years front desk, administrative, or patient service experience (healthcare preferred)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Confidence in overcoming objections and encouraging treatment commitment
Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude
Interest in healthcare, rehab, fitness, or patient care is a plus
