Role Description The Front Desk Representative (Hospitality) is a full-time, on-site role based in Denpasar, Bali. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, handling reservations, and responding to inquiries in person, by phone, and via digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include providing accurate information about Grün Resorts’ services and local area, processing payments, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and resolving guest issues in a timely and courteous manner. The Front Desk Representative maintains a professional and organized reception area, ensures that guest records are up to date, and supports overall front office operations to deliver a seamless guest experience. The role requires a consistent presence at the front desk, including possible evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, with experience creating welcoming and memorable guest interactions.
- Receptionist duties and reservations skills, including check-in/check-out procedures and booking management.
- Professional phone etiquette and clear, confident communication skills in person and in writing.
- Ability to stay organized, handle multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with front desk or reservation systems and basic computer applications.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to international guests are an advantage.
- Previous hospitality or front office experience in hotels, resorts, or similar settings is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and to adhere to professional appearance standards.
- Willing to be located in Uluwatu, Bali
