Front Desk Receptionist
Duties:
– Help set up nightly pizza and dessert for each guest and clean up after
– Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
– Provide information to callers and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service
– Manage the front desk area, keeping it clean and organized
– Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
– Assist with order entry and maintaining office supplies inventory
– Schedule appointments and manage calendars
– Coordinate meetings and conferences, including room setup and catering arrangements
Skills:
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively
– Experience working at a front desk or in a customer-facing role is preferred
– Familiarity with office procedures and administrative tasks
– Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
