Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, and detail-oriented Front Desk & Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end service environment and is passionate about helping clients feel their best through innovative wellness and aesthetic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in clients in a warm, professional manner
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups using clinic software
Educate clients on available treatments, packages, and retail products
Drive sales by effectively communicating treatment benefits and cross-promoting services
Handle payments, invoicing, and maintain accurate records
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area
Support providers with pre- and post-treatment care coordination as needed
Assist in organizing and supporting clinic events and promotions
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies
Act as a brand ambassador by delivering a top-tier client experience
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a customer-facing, sales, or front desk role (preferably in aesthetics, wellness, spa, or medical setting)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable discussing pricing, promotions, and upselling services
Proficient with scheduling software and general computer skills
Polished, professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently or as part of a team
Interest or background in wellness, skincare, or aesthetic treatments is a plus
